A lovely hotel with friendly, polite and helpful staff. A great location only a 12 min walk to the Ayala centre. Room sizes are good. I had slight trouble with the Internet speed, but the staff sorted it out for me. The hotel is well equipped and spacious but is looking slightly tired in places. The gym is quite well equipped for a hotel gym.

It's a very good hotel with huge rooms in the heart of Cebu City. Next door to Ayala Mall, and close enough to all the good restaurants and nightlife ... I.e. just a short taxi ride.

I like everything in Hotel Elizabeth, complimentary breakfast was great. Staffs are super nice. Location is Superb near to Ayala mall and some coffee shops.
