Staff were very friendly and accomodating. TV had great options to connect to and it was located within walking distance to Ayala. Elevators were not working for the first day, it was out of the staff hands, however we had to walk up the stairs numerous times. When fixed only one elevator was working so we would have to wait a long time.

The room was very cozy, clean and relaxing. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel is fully carpeted was really makes it really quiet. Lovely hot strong shower. All the staff were friendly and super helpful.

In a great spot - walking distance to Ayala Mall. Business park is well maintained and quiet. Staff were beyond excellent, even assisting us to print documents and open bottles late at night. Rooms are well laid out and very clean/comfortable. Would definitely stay again when visiting Cebu.

Very tidy Cebu City hotel located close to Ayala Centre which was important for us. Pleasant views from dinning area during breakfast back over the city.
