I've booked this hotel as a cheap short stay. Some of a good location, but not the greatest, as I perceived it to be in a remote area. Armed security at the door, helpful and friendly staff, speaking good english. Clean bed sheets, and very good restaurant to dine in at the hotel. Best suites the backpackers as myself. I am subjective, however, it's a comfortable place to stay.

Breackfast need improvement. When ask for cup of tea , they demanded extra payment and told us tea is not included with breakfast??!!

Situated close to Fuente Osmeña circle the hotel was clean and comfortable and good value for money. The room was large and the staff were friendly. It's located in a quiet street and there are few restaurants within walking distance. There is a shopping centre in the same street. It takes about 30 mins to reach the airport. Breakfast was fine and chosen from a set menu.
