The fifth room I booked was not cleaned. Luckily there’s no need for any of us to stay in it. But the staffs are very nice and accommodating. The location is very convenient, at the center of the city.

The room is always clean and comfortable. We booked in the same hotel a few months ago when I arrived from Australia and the recent booking was when I was going back to Aus. The facilities were really good as well. The services itself are excellent for us. The location was very accessible esp when it's just a walking distance from the mall. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely book again.
