The location is very good, out of the noise of Goreme but close enough. Rooms are simple but spacious and comfortable. Breakfast very good. They helped us finding a balloon ride after the one we had booked was canceled, and it went perfectly. They recommended very good sightseeing, in particular Ibrahim. There was a little issue with the bathroom door and they went all over to solve it. Also, great view from the room.

The view from probably every room is excellent. The ballons crossing almost over your bedroom in the early morning. At the small parking lot there was always a place for our car. The excellent breakfast is served in a very nice room. If the weather would allow on a nice terrace (not at the time we were there).

The family rooms were amazing - the cave room. Family room had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms - everything at this property was amazing. The balloons flying all right above your head - its an amazing sight you would not forget in life. Yes you can see that if you stay anywhere in goreme. But the feeling of seeing them from your rooms bcoz this cave hotel is right on the pink / rose mountains where all the balloons fly over. Staff at this property is so friendly and helps with everything. Breakfast is such a big spread and the must try there is the fried egg and the omelette.

Outstanding communication from the moment of booking; going above and beyond to help organise activities such as balloon ride. The most beautiful hotel! The room was luxurious and with lovely toiletries that smelt incredible. I opted the extra money to use the rooftop jacuzzi and I’d recommend this as a MUST. Once in a life time experience with such a beautiful view of the balloons at sunrise! Incredible buffet style breakfast.. including a large variety to suite everyone. Amazing service and very friendly staff.

Very friendly and careful staff. Eager to help with advices, activities reservations, transfers. They even surprised us with a big birthday cake and candles for my partner! Fantastic! We hope they also enjoyed the cake :).

Loved our stay at Seki. We stayed in their family suite. They have the best view. The service is really good, they keep the place clean and tidy always. Complimentary breakfast buffet had wide variety of options, especially liked their home baked cakes selections. If you are a dog or cat lover, you can enjoy company of their cats and dog. Hotel can arrange activities and tours in Cappadocia for you as well, we booked jeep safari and green tour through them. We got it for a best price and was good experience. Overall I will give a 10 out of 10 for the staff, service and rooms.
