The best decorated and cleanest hotels we stayed in Turkey. The cave room for breakfast looks amazing. The room is big with a lot of sitting options for two people. Bathroom is clean and nice soap and shampoo provided. The open areas of the hotel are great for watching balloons in the morning. Thank you Egehan for being super helpful. Especially for all the pick up and tour booking communication before started our trip. Really appreciate your help with the private tours organisation in Cappadocia and Istanbul, we enjoyed the tours very much.

They organise an airport shuttle bus which we were first off and first on! We loved this as we didn’t have the stops. The airport is about 30mins away. The staff were lovely. I have never seen a man work so hard. Always wanting to go above and beyond for its customers. The breakfast was tradition style. A homely setting. Again the staff worker, put a lot of effort into preparation and it was nice food. Made our egg dishes on order. The hot air balloon was our main priority on the trip. The hotel was in great location for pick-up and drop-off which was great for us. We didn’t do any other organised tour. However there is a 2km (roughly) walk you can do from hotel. The start is around the corner and you begin a slight climb(nothing too big) and takes you to a view point/ old village. All hotels are on a steep heel! Luckily Canela Cave is on the end. We were happy about this as my family member has an injury. The wine they service is gorgeous!

When you want to visit Cappadocia due to balloon flights and other attractions, this is the best option ever! This last minute booking surprised us in the best possible way. Starting with a staff friendliness and welcoming atmosphere, ending with an absolutely stunning view to balloon morning show from the terrace. They arranged everything for us! Our dissapointment from Istanbul has just disapperared thank to this hotel staff! Once again thanks a lot for memorable stay...

I am really pleased with the attitude of the staff. They are welcoming and attentive people, making me feel valued throughout my stay . The rooms were spotless . I higly recommend staying in this hotel to anyon visiting the area. I will definetely return on my next trip.
