A Fantastic Owner who was always smiling, friendly and who even drove you back and forth to the airport. Terrific 5 minute walk to the waterfront restaurants and shops. Our room had a beautiful Seaview. Great price for our 2 week stay in Cavtat and we appreciated the use of a common kitchen and patio area. Thank you for allowing us to bring our small dog with us.

Pero and Anita were amazing hosts for us. After we arrived in Cavtat for the first time, we really loved the place and decided to cancel our booking in Dubrovnik and stayed with Pero and Anita for the whole two weeks. We traveled with our 🐕 Brie and Brie loves Pero and Anita. The hosts gave us amazing travel tips even before we arrived in Cavtat, e.g., where to get the best rate of money exchange and what to take care of when going swimming with our dog, making day trips to Dubrovnik, etc. A great town for vacation and a great accommodation to stay.

The reception was warm and welcoming, and Pero is a wonderful host. We stayed for a week and had an amazing time. When we booked, only a room without a balcony was available. Still, upon arrival, a room with a balcony opened up, and Pero pleasantly surprised us by upgrading us to it. The view from the window overlooking Cavtat is incredible, with the town nestled between two bays of turquoise blue sea. The place is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for self-catering, and the supermarket is not far away, though be prepared for an uphill walk. An excellent additional service is the transfer to and from the airport.

The room was great and the patio was lovely with a great view of the town and sea . We enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings and evenings . The location was wonderful just a 5 to 10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches . It is however down a fairly a steep road all the way so can be a bit of a climb up if you a have any difficulty walking ,otherwise it is just good exercise . The shared kitchen was great and had everything needed to prepare meals . It was well organized with a drawer and fridge container for each room . Pedro and his wife were very friendly and efficient .

The location is great. It's a homely environment and it's a family run Hotel. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Airport pick up and drop is arranged easily from the hotel. Very close to the airport at the same time close to the old town. We enjoyed our stay fully although we had just one day. We felt very safe and homely. Plenty of parking space available if you are coming with a car. Close to beaches, restaurants and old town

The location is perfect. Easy to reach the cavtat center by foot. The owner is very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend the place.

It was so lovely place to stay! People were really friendly and helpful. Cavtat was a perfect place to stay as it wasn't as busy as Dubrovnik. The location of Villa Radovic in Cavtat is super good, beaches and restaurants are close etc. We can recommend to stay here for sure 🤩
