Lovely room and pool area! Very welcoming host and a short walk to restaurants (is a bit of an uphill walk back but we managed it most nights!)

Collecting keys was very easy and Anita showed us around the unit. Anita was very friendly and welcoming, also our unit did not have a washing machine but she showed me where the laundry was as well as offered her own dryer to dry our clothes.

Lovely view from the balcony , great facilities , and all amenities so close such as the Supermarket and By The Way Restaurant . There is even a little hairdressers right beside the property and so easy to get the bus to Dubrovnik from Villa Markoč Anita was a great hostess .

Lovely property, very well equipped to a high standard, great to have the pool too. It is a nice walk down the hill to the sea front and restaurants and an easy bus ride back up the hill on the No 10 bus, it’s the first stop. Would definitely return this property.

4th time staying here. 2 bedrooms, clean & well equipped ground floor apt. Had some inclement weather so under cover hot tub was a blessing! Above this is a new seating area overlooking the bay. Well located for restaurants at the harbour front (walk down the hill). Nearby restaurant and supermarket. Thanks Anita for another lovely stay!

Our second visit to Villa Markoc and once again it didn’t disappoint. Anita was always available to answer any questions. The property was extremely clean and towels topped up and bins emptied regularly. Excellent facilities poolside, we love being able to make a cuppa, if you want it there is a sauna, gym, hot tub and bbq grill.
