The staff was amazing, great facilities, the views are so beautiful. Near the airport and in a very nice neighbourhood. Rooms clean and in door pool was great too.

Great location , wonderful Food and staff . Clean. Even though the hotel has hundreds of rooms it never feels crowded inside

The location was stunning in beautiful Cavtat. Water taxi or bus to Dubrovnik right on doorstep. Beautiful beach front restaurant and bar and the town was a 5 minute walk

The place is stunning. From architecture to nature. Breakfast and dinner are better than any restaurant we tried locally. Staff is super friendly, professional, and most welcoming. Place is clean in every aspect from canteen to rooms and facilities. BUT THE PLACE HAS BED BUG INFESTATION PROBLEM. me and my family probably got around 20-30 bites each in 2 nights. We got new room once we reported a problem, but the bites persisted to a lesser degree in a new room too. It is a shame that such a stunning place has this problem. Needs to be addressed most urgently.

I messaged the hotel to explain we were celebrating our anniversary they upgraded us to a sea view it was beautiful room which was a lovely gesture and bottle of fizz in the room. We stayed half board the breakfast was great so much variety the pool area was fabulous we enjoyed the steam and sauna room as no extra cost. Rooms were kept clean and we loved the knock on the door on the evening with chocolates. I would definitely stay again thank you oh and the buggy to the town was great friendly drivers too.

Location is excellent . Golf buggy to take us into Cavtat is a big plus . Size of hotel . Hotel is large on many different floors . Private balcony Pool area lovely . Pool staff were nice . Towels provided for pool / sunbed area Large reception is beautiful Breakfast is nice
