I had a wonderful stay in Cavtat and Dubrovnik, and staying at Mara & Petrunjela was a big part of it. The village is beautiful and exceptionally handy for the airport. I received a lovely warm welcome from Maro, the owner, who I enjoyed chatting to. The studio room was perfect, with the greatest element the stunning view of the bay and village, across the picturesque rooftops. Better still, Dubrovnik was visie in the distance. The view with balcony is perfect, night and day. The apartment was well-equipped, clean and had everything I needed to make simple meals when I preferred notto eat out. The people in the village are also very friendly and give a natural welcome. I was lost without a working mobile phone. The local postman drove me up to Maro's! Maro was also kind enough to give a lift to the airport on departure. Wonderful people and a great place for a relaxing break.

The location was excellent and very close to cafes shop bars restaurants and amenities. The view on the balcony was spectacular. A helpful and friendly host, Mara. Really enjoyed the stay, and would like to return to the apartment again soon.

Easy 5 minute walk into the centre of Cavtat ( short uphill on the way back ) Beautiful views of the harbour from the terrace. A great place with sun or shade to relax with a book or to sunbathe. The property had everything we needed with comfortable beds, plenty of storage space and kitchenette for simple meals. Excellent hot shower. Our host Maro was kind, friendly and helpful..thank you.

Excellent location at the end of a dead-end street, so extremely quiet and safe. The apartment is actually perched on the hillside overlooking the Cavtat harbour, so one has an absolutely amazing view over the harbour, especially at night. It’s barely 3 minutes’ walk down into the central area, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, the central bus station and numerous swimming areas. The top-floor apartment itself is clean, homely, and extremely spacious, with a separate bedroom (double bed), fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom (shower), ironing room & a massive living room. There’s also a sun-drenched balcony leading off from the kitchen. Wi-Fi was fast & solid, and the host Maro is a super guy - extremely helpful & very accommodating. I would definitely return here for a comfortable, homely stay in Cavtat.

Short of being right on the 'main street' of Cavtat, you could not be in a better location for a stay in this absolutely beautiful town. It was around a 3 minute walk to the bars and restaurants by the harbour but also just far enough away that you didn't feel that you were in the middle of it all. And the view from our terrace was just spectactular. The apartment itself was very comfortable, albeit a little dated. The bed was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of pillows/blankets/towels etc. Maro, our host, very kindly introduced himself early in our stay and then advised that while he would be available every day and also by WhatsApp/Text Message, he would not bother us as we are on our vacation and we should enjoy our quiet time... which we very much appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend the apartments highly.

The view from the balcony was the best. Location perfect, shops, beach and everything was just 5mins from the apartment. Everything was good, thanks to host Maro.

The location was perfect - close to everything. The two bedroom apartment has an amazing view of the sea from the large balcony. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was well equipped with everything one would need. Maro was a wonderful host, helping with our luggage, driving us to the bus and helping with any questions we had.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were in love with this apartment and Cavtat. We went as two young girls just wanting a really quiet week away after a hard year on us both. Upon arrival Maro treated us with such kindness and took time to tell us about the room and the area. He was a gentleman and even dropped us back to the airport on our last day. The room was lovely and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Location is perfect less than 2 minutes to the Cavtat promenade. Couldn’t recommend staying here more if I could.
