The staff was very friendly to accommodate for our newborn. The place is very well located in Cauterets. Unfortunately we had to pay quite a sum for it, which makes it less good value for money.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Le Bois Joli. This family owned hotel has very friendly and welcoming staff, and they were extremely helpful. I also want to mention their excellent English, which helped us considering our French is unfortunately worse than poor. We had a wonderful time here and will for sure come back. The location of the hotel is exceptionally good, in the middle of this small town, next to the Tourist Information Centre. Lots of free parking 5 minutes from the hotel. Easy to park outside the hotel for off and on loading of luggage.
