Will “Great overnight stay!”

We stayed here for an overnight stay before our flight back home and we had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable and the hotel had a wonderful outdoor area for drinks and dinner. The receptionist was really helpful in organizing airport transfers.

The Villa is very pretty! Just wow! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and also pretty decorated. The shuttle service to the beach and city center was perfect!

This hotel is absolutely stunning with its luxurious interior and beautiful decor. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with anything we needed. I stayed in the Presidential Suite, which offered an amazing view of the city, the sea, and Mount Etna. The room itself was superb, very spacious with multiple rooms, a fantastic bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. The hotel also boasts a great restaurant and a high-quality bar on the premises. The level of service was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice interior in Provencal style, very friendly and supportive staff, very clean rooms. There is shuttle available to the city center and to the private beach.

We were given a smaller room but as we paid for a quadruple room we asked to be moved. The staff were very accommodating. Room was clean and well serviced, pool was lovely also.

Good breakfast with lots of variety of foods. The rooms were comfortable and had good size beds and bathrooms. The staff were very friendly, particularly Claudia on reception who was very helpful and kind. We liked the bar area set up too.

Surprisingly, we were upgraded to the Silver Presidential suite, with no additional charge. The suite was beautiful and the view was amazing. The front desk associates were very helpful in arranging transportation to/from the airport. The hotel offers a free transfer to/from Catania center or the beach. Our second room was a double, but needed to be two singles. The staff was quick to fix the bedding to make the “double bed” to two singles.
