Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was good, with most things we needed and comfortable. And we had a small terrace which was nice. The breakfast was mostly very good, with real muesli which is not often found in hotels!

Very nice and helpful staff!!! Clean. Fun design in the hotel. Best beeakfast we have had in Italy! Nice restaurants nearby. Nice terrace but unfortunately the bar up there were closed.

We enjoyed the location - close to fantastic restaurants, the grandeur of the building - a gorgeous palazzo fully renovated, the welcoming and friendly staff.

It was a good location to see most things in the city centre Once you get your bearings, it is a 20-minute walk to the bus station, which allows you to take a day trip to Seracusa and Taoromina. Both worth the effort. Just remember, get your bus ticket before you travel from the office close to the station..

The staff there was incredibly nice to me and my partner! Especially Giacomo (reception) and Antonio (restaurant/bar). They always made conversation with us whenever they saw us. Also, they gave us good recommendations about the city of Catania and places to visit (e.g. restaurants, beaches, places to visit). My partner and I had a wonderful time! Completely relaxed and enjoyed our vacation in Catania, Sicily!
