Our rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Our bed was very comfortable. Our rooms were cleaned daily along with fresh towels. The staff were extremely friendly and made you feel very welcome. The location was perfect.

The staff was very friendly and supportive during our whole stay. We had a nice spacious room (17 m2 with extra couch) on the 2nd floor with a good bed and a modern and very comfortable bathroom. The room was located to the back and it was absolutely quiet. Breakfast was great with a good variety including fresh fruits and very delicious capuchino. There was a modern elevator. The house is on a big main street leading you right into the center. It takes a little while to get to the cathedral but the restaurant areas already start at 5 minutes walking distance.

Exceptionally friendly service from Anderson ' definitely the best I've had in several hotels in Sicily. My room was well designed, comfortable and clean. Breakfast above average for Italy.

Location is excellent ; the receptionist (Anderson), was an excellent host - was well informed, gave full answers to all questions and anticipated all requirements and expectations we had .his service, other than the quality of the rooms, is what makes the hotel , exceptional and outstanding.

Great location, clean rooms. Parking was around 7minutes walk but we enjoyed the stroll. Receptionist cum service personnel was friendly and helpful.
