We had an amazing time, the place is lovely and Manuela is a wonderful host. Everything looked like on the pictures, when you enter you feel like in a cozy home. The room was big enough with huge, comfy bed, everything was really clean. We really loved the breakfast concept: you have your own space in the fridge with some milk, yoghurt, ham and cheese, but there's cereal, toast, eggs, cookies as well that you can eat as you wish. Would definetely come back here!

This was an interesting B&B in owner's residence in central Catania. Very personal experience with help yourself kitchen / breakfast. Close to central street market district and cathedral. Ideal for city exploring, though we were only staying one night. We were made to feel very welcome.

The kitchen space was well stocked and facilities great. Kettle and microwave and toaster to use as you like. It felt a bit like a home from home. The style and theme was great. Bed and bedding lovely. Room spacious. Bathroom clean.

Charming old world character and elegance, it felt like stepping back in time. Great to have the shared kitchen which we could use at any time for drinks and snacks, and a good breakfast selection was provided.

The locanda is charmingly furnished and decorated in what seems to be vernacular Sicilian style. The bathrooms were excellent. We stayed in rooms 3 and 2. 3 is at the back, quieter, smaller. 2 was bigger and had a terrace with furniture so one could sit and watch the busy street. One is welcomed and looked after: our host ordered a taxi for the station and booked our day out on Etna. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, and an ingenious egg boiling device. There are cheeses and ham and sweet things too. All for a very good price and a location close to the castle and many good restaurants. Very close to the cathedral central city too. The door codes and roomkey never failed us. Very highky recommended.

The room was spacious & quiet, with a delightful small balcony. Breakfast is self serve from a generous array of items in a charming common area. You could help yourself to snacks at any time & use the space to sit in. It was like staying in a home. The location was an easy walk to everything

Great location, close to the historical centre. The decor in the room and communal area was lovely. The snacks and breakfast provided were exceptional. The bed was very comfortable. Also the host was very friendly and helpful, and gave us lots of information on Catania and the local area.

Excellent property in the center of Catania. If you appreciate design, you will enjoy this B&B very much! Curated to the details, you will find yourself having breakfast in the common room looking around totally amazed! The rooms are spacious and also very nicely designed! You can also enjoy a balcony with a lovely view to the city! Breakfast is absolutely fantastic: it included all the things you wish for! And the hosts are very friendly and helpful with anything you need. I will definitely come back here :)
