The location was wonderful, very central with an amazing view of Etna. The staff was excellent, communicative, and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable.

Great location on via Etnea, very close to Piazza Stesicoro. Air conditioning and big room, comfortable beds. Lift to the room.

The hotel is across the road from the airport bus, which takes 30 mins and runs every 20 mins, and is on an almost pedestrianised shopping street. It's a short walk to the Duomo and restaurant area, as well as the monastery and castle. The room was available early, and was clean and comfortable. We were only there during the day for a nap and a shower before catching a late night flight out.
