Nam was definitely the best host I’ve ever encountered. Really devoted to help you for anything (booking boat tour, bus tickets, rent bicycles…) you can count on him. Thank you again for the way you welcomed us, we will be back in your hostel the next time we come in Cat Ba island ! Bonjour de France Nam !

This hotel provides a lot of services, I myself am a person who really likes to survey prices in the places I go. and especially when the receptionist introduced the tour to us and he advised us very detailed about that program, and also gave us a discount, and we also know that the price he offered was cheaper than other places. and that trip was amazing. The hotel also has a service to rent a scooter and book a bus for us. If you do not have a hotel at your next destination, you can ask the receptionist here to help you book any room you want and the price is much cheaper. Thank you to the hotel for giving us a memorable vacation.

We booked a room for 1 night, to experience and see if it suits our requirements, but we were surprised because the staff here are very enthusiastic and always make sure to meet our requirements. They also gave us a discount for 2 nights and helped us book cruises on Lan Ha Bay, and helped us book a bus to Ninh Binh, and also helped us book a hotel room although it was not their job but they were always enthusiastic to support me when I needed it whether I was in Cat Ba or at the guest house, the staff always asked me via whatsapp to make sure we were always safe, thank you.

just like other reviews about this hotel. they were very warm to us and especially they upgraded our room to lake view without any extra charge. it was great. although the bed was a bit hard but i personally like hard beds. the receptionist also booked tour tickets for us and gave us a discount. the breakfast was delicious and simple.

As the previous reviews are absolutely true, the staff here are very enthusiastic. After receiving the booking request, they always communicate very well during the process to help you arrive at your destination very smoothly. We had a problem with the bus and contacted the reception, he personally arranged a car to pick us up, and helped us book a car for the next location very quickly and conveniently, We mentioned to him about the next destination after finishing the journey in Cat Ba, he helped us book the bus, and the hotel. You can ask him for any tour you want to experience, he will help you find what you want and the price is very good compared to other agents we saw online.

Although we only stayed for one night, the hotel met most of our requirements, the staff at the hotel were always enthusiastic in taking care of us and introducing us to good places to explore on the island. Because our schedule was so tight, we couldn't stay longer, but we will definitely come back to this hotel again. Highly recommend this hotel.
