We absolutely loved the homestay! The location is absolutely idyllic, and we felt very comfortable. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. We rented a scooter there and had our laundry done—everything went smoothly. Thank you for the wonderful stay on Cat Ba!

Loved it! Calm and quit place, a good place to rest. The host and his family were very welcoming and kind. They helped us arranging activities and renting motorbike. We also have a special diet and they helped us with it

Perfect location about 8min drive from Cat Ba town, away from all the construction sites. Very peaceful. It's possible to rent a scooter or a bike at the homestay to get around. Very tasty breakfast, best banana pancakes we had in Vietnam :) Comfy and clean bungalow with a small porch. There's also a small pool with clean water. We loved the complimentary herbal foot bath in the evening. Very friendly owners who make you feel like home and try their best to help you with the oranization. We booked a Lan Ha bay daytrip with them and loved it - no crowds, no self centered selfie maniacs, great guide. We also bought bus tickets for our onward travel to Hanoi directly from the homestay and the bus picked us up there, so no need to worry about the transport to Cat Ba town. We loved our stay so much that we extended it for an additional night.

I stayed longer than planned. So this means it was a good time. The host booked a fantastic trip in the bay for me. He also gave me a super good bike to explore the island. Lots of choice of breakfast.

The family is really friendly and made us feel welcome. The room is spacious, clean and modern in a peaceful location. We stayed for over a week and everything was perfect.

Such a hidden gem! A really special, peaceful place. Just outside of the main town but easy to rent a scooter for the day and get there in less than 10 minutes. Great food at the restaurant on site too. And we loved the food baths!

We loved the wonderful hospitality including tea upon arrival and hot foot baths in the evenings.The staff was also extremely helpful in booking our transfers and day trips. We loved the mountain views and quiet setting. It was convenient to have a restaurant on site and the prices were very reasonable.

We were staying in the modern,newish family bungalow which was one of the nicest accomodations through our 40days visit in Vietnam. The food they provide in the restaurant is delicious and well priced. The complimentary herbal foot baths at the end of the day was great! Thanks for the old gentleman who prepared this every evening on the camp fire! 🙏

Amazing experience! One of the best accommodations I have ever stayed at. The host family is incredible. Make sure that you use all the services they provide because they are all great for very fair prices (including the boat tours). Especially, I loved the delicious home-made food. We even got free snacks for our way home and hot feet bath. Thank you, it was perfect!
