We stayed there for four nights and had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very central and everything is within walking distance. The family that runs the hotel is very friendly and you can have an authentic and warm experience. They can book buses and tours for you at local prices, the cheapest deals we've seen on Cat Ba. The accommodation is basic but for us as low budget travellers it was just right and the included breakfast was delicious. It was a great experience due to the really outstanding friendly host.

The staff was super nice and very helpful! The room was big and the price is unbelievable. we had booked the room with balcony and although it's not a classic balcony it served us well to dry our things ;)
