Amazing hotel! It’s brand new, with spacious and very bright rooms. The beds are super comfortable, and the smart TV is a nice touch. The staff were really kind and helpful – they offer a variety of tours at fair prices. They helped me book a private car for the first day, a boat tour for the second, and a bus to my next destination – everything was easy and handled with great care. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby as well.

Ben was very accommodating with a slightly later checkout due to a transfer delay. Good location, did not hear any of the construction works from the foreshore so that was a bonus. Very good price which included breakfast. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room and two bottles of water supplied. Bed was very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed, pillows and blankets were comfy. The room was quiet, no street or hallway noise. The hotel breakfast was yummy. There’s also a nice restaurant just across the street with a great menu.

The bed sheets initially had a blood stain on them. The staff were very helpful changing the sheets when we raised the issue.

Super comfortable beds. Had the best night sleep. Good breakfast. Close to eateries. Laundry service. The rooftop pool was fabulous. Ben at reception was very helpful and arranged an early morning transport service for us to get to the Ha Long Bay cruise terminal.

The hotel was spick and span, the staff were helpful. We were checked in by the owner of the hotel, a very sweet lady and took us 2 mins to check in which we really appreciated as we had a long bus day prior to arriving and the quick check in really help us get to the room and relax. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here once again if we happen to make it back to Cat Ba.

The staff is really nice and very helpful! The location is fantastic for activities and the most beautiful walk around the cliffs and the most important and interesting sights are within walking distance. It is also extremely hygienic (even by European standards). It is also very quiet, even though it is in the city. The breakfast is also good.
