The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is situated very close to shops, bars restaurants and the local market. They are building right across Cat Ba beach at the moment, but that’s more of a local issue and is not the hotel’s fault.

The style of the hotel is very good the rooms are modern and cleaned to a high standard. The staff are really polite and friendly and always willing to help out with any advice or assistance

This is the most incredible place I have ever stayed!! The staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were immaculate- everything you could ever need, comfy beds, smart TV, drinks, snacks and amenities! Breakfast was beautiful- so much choice, super fresh food and drinks. The highlight for me was the facilities! The swimming pool and roof top bar are just amazing- I’d recommend this place to anyone and my only wish is that we could have stayed longer

The hotel staff greeted us and were very friendlly. We were upgraded to a better (larger ) room. Thw facilities is great, it is located close to everything, they assisted with any small thing we asked. I must thank Minh who made our stay memorable. He assited with all our questions and was helpful in all respects. Nothing was to much for him to do. He is a real asset.

The Roza Palace location is amazing! Very central and walking distance to all 3 beaches! Very unique hotel, lots of green plants , places to relax ! Our room was new and very comfortable,TV has lots of good movies in the English language, WiFi is good too ,and the shower is good ! The staff was so friendly and Hoang at the front desk welcomed us and we felt like home! Hoang speaks very good English and helped us with everything we asked for !He upgraded our room for a better one and makes us feel VIP! Thank you for your hospitality and the gift !

Modern Rooms with pool and roof top. Amazing location close to restaurants, the market and beach. The staff are beyond friendly. The space is clean and comfortable.

Hotel rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The pool and bar area look really good and the gentlemen working at the reception desk were very well-spoken and helpful. The cocktails were good, and the bar staff were attentive.
