Hotel rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The pool and bar area look really good and the gentlemen working at the reception desk were very well-spoken and helpful. The cocktails were good, and the bar staff were attentive.

Location was great, despite all of the building work going on in the bay - obviously not this hotel's fault, but don't expect much of a view from the rooftop bar! The free snacks in the room were 10/10. Breakfast was basic but did the job, would've been nice to get a machine coffee.

The novelty aspect was outstanding and having a private cave grotto patio was a huge positive as was the pool.The room was spotlessly clean, large and modern with daily house keeping. The breakfast was sufficient and the serving staff were truly wonderful. Thank you so much to Deip and Mrs Huong for going above and beyond to help with an unusual request. Your generosity and care to provide an experience is truly apprciated and we will carry these memories with us for ever.
