We had an amazing time in JoyStay, it was a great choice to stay outside of the town center because it is full of construction side. The owner was very helpful and warm, breakfast and the food were yummy, cottages and the garden were super nice. Very happy to choose JoyStay :)

Joy stay houmestay - my girlfriend and I are thrilled. A quiet place in a rural setting with cozy and well-practical bungalows. In this resort you will find smiling staff, always willing and sincerely meeting all customer requirements. Excellent, I emphasize, excellent cuisine of this resort. Arranging a motorbike at the resort is not a problem even if the resort is still full. Thank you Petr and Ivanka Czech Republic

It was comfortable, a good distance away from the main centre and loved the wooden huts. The staff were lovely and helpful with booking excursions and taxis. We also had some lovely home cooked food there.

The property was beautiful and very comfortable. On top of that, while staying at JoyStay, my partner experienced a medical emergency (unrelated to our stay at JoyStay). The staff at JoyStay was extremely helpful, assisting us with ensuring that she got the care she needed. They went above and beyond and we are deeply appreciative.

Joystay is amazing! The beds and pillows are so comfy, we had the best sleep. The hot water shower is very hot and powerful. The owners are the loveliest people and they helped us book a scooter and a boat trip to ha long bay where we got picked up/dropped off from the accommodation. The weather was cloudy with a bit of rain and we still had the best time - we walked to the viewing platform in the national park which is so worth it, and the ha long bay boat trip had the best lunch and kayaking. The biker bar over the road from joystay does really great food and drink (fried squid really good after a day walking) and the banana pancakes at Joystay for breakfast are so good. We would definitely stay again!

The food is delicious, the host is very helpful and kind. Our Bungalow was amazing, located in the beautiful garden. Be aware that it takes around 15 minutes to go to the city centre, but we actually prefer this quiet area.

The staff was super Friendly! They arrange all your trips and travels if you want: Hanoi to JoyStay, JoyStay to Ninh Binh, boat tours, et cetera! Very much recommended:)

The pancakes every morning were great! The huts were very cosy! The host was so accommodating and helpful and even drove us to the national park when I was too scared to get on one of the scooters available (for 100.000 Dong). Our bus dropped us off right outside the village of joystay. Owner organised a good quality day trip to Lan ha bay, which worked well with the other guests also going.
