We stayed in this hotel two nights separated by a night on a Lan Ha Bay cruise. Both nights were good but if you can get a room at the back, this is quieter although we were there the night of the football final so there may have been more celebrations than normal! Lovely big comfortable memory foam mattresses with quality bedding.

Very cute and cozy. Rooms are clean, tidy and very well decorated. Would stay again. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Both Linda and Quinn spoke very good English and went above and beyond to help us book activities and a scooter.

Very good value for money, great location, delicious breakfast and top notch hospitality, reception exceeded our expectations we booked via them a cooking class, boat tour, scooter for a day and luxury bus back to Hanoi - everything was so easy and convenient!

Beds were really comfy. The weather was cold at night but there was a duvet in the cupboard which was fab so I slept really really well! Staff were super lovely, super helpful. Generally a fab experience

Location is convenient, unless you find it hard to walk up and down slopes. Rooftop restaurant has good food. Easy to rent bikes to get around.

I arrived at the hotel over the weekend, and it was bustling with staff working hard. They were very attentive to all the guests, including us. We had the steamed squid, and it was delicious.
