Very comfortable, quiet room overlooking the city. Excellent advice and help booking the transfer from Hanoi and a boat trip to the bay. Breakfast was included although basic. Recommended!

Loved our stay in Cat Ba. The hotel is in the perfect location, close to all amenities but quiet and peaceful for sleeping. Jenny was amazing and very welcoming. Rooms are huge and well equipped. Breakfast was really good and free tea and coffee available all day. Water refill available in reception.

Woman who runs the reception very friendly. Room is as pictured & is clean and comfy bed. Rooftop chill out area is nice too.

The staff go above and beyond for you, for absolutely everything. Bed was super comfortable and clean. Free breakfast and water refill always adds a bonus and a reason to choose this place

I had a great stay here. The view on the lake was beautiful and the room was big and clean. There were several choices for breakfast that was included and they also had a laundry service which was great. And special thanks to the receptionist Jenny who was always so helpful and kind and friendly!

Very clean, comfortable beds, big room, beautiful rooftop terrace. Jenny was very helpful with booking a tour and a bus for us. We took the 1 day boat trip with a small group and i would definitely recommend this tour.
