Nice view, great breakfast, it could be advertised that the cheaper room has no view and only a small window opening 10”to next door therefore no natural light. Beautifully done and lounge area lovely to sit in afternoon sun if in the above room.

We selected the room "Deluxe King suite". The view from your bed is just "wow". The room is big, the bed very comfy and you've 2 sofas to just sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast is homemade and delicious. Once there, you won't want to leave. There are 1 or 2 restaurants accessible by foot. Otherwise, it is advisable to take the car to go out for dinner.

The experience of staying in a palafito hotel is priceless. Rooms here are spacious and the breakfast on a boat-shaped table with the view on the river and on the palafitos is what makes the experience incredible.

The location was magical with views of the other palafitos and across the water. The breakfast room/shared area was charming, especially with the breakfast table atop a dinghy and it was well positioned for the views. The construction of the buiding with wooden shingles, floors, walls and ceilings was charming along with the artesanal art pieces on display. There was room for two cars to park in front of the premises which is rare for the area.

We arrived due to an accidental booking before Alma Chilota had even opened. Despite us being a total surprise, Lorena and Fernando were super welcoming and made us feel at home immediately. It’s a beautiful building with lovely rooms in a great location overlooking the water. It was a pleasure to be the first guests to two such friendly hosts.

The place was located in a great area called “palafitos” with a beautiful view of the sea. The common areas were cozy and the people in charge were lovely. The room without view was comfortable and had all we needed.
