Have stayed at hotel before and knew it was good. We were very late arrivals this stay and we were greeted by a lovely young man who is an asset to the hotel. I think his name was David but not certain. He could not do enough for us. Every hotel needs staff like this young man. Thank you. We missed breakfast and ate in Pat's cafe, also an asset to Castleisland.

The food in the restaurant is excellent and the staff in the hotel are fabulous. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotels location is great for exploring Kerry.
