Receptionist was so lovely. We were upgraded to a suite which was fabulous. We didn't eat in the restaurant as they were fully booked. Breakfast was delicious. Staff brilliant, helpful and friendly. Parking was so easy - car park on hotel grounds.

Location was excellent just a walk to the theatre and into the centre of town. Beds were very comfortable and room was nice and modern. Parking right beside the hotel in an indoor car park. Reception staff very helpful. Small bar area and limited drinks options.
