The building looks fantastic inside and out. The bar is very well equipped, a real Irish pub. The staff is very nice and helpful. The bed is very comfortable.

Location. Cleanliness. Consistently friendly and professional attitudes amongst all staff. e.g. We arrived later than planned and the kitchen had just closed. When the receptionist saw the disappointment on our faces, she went to check whether the chef could stay a bit longer. He did. We were so grateful as we had had a very emotional and long day due to family illness. Their kindness will never be forgotten.
