Traveller reviews
“Surprisingly spacious and surprisingly peaceful”

The cabins were much bigger than I expected, and I loved the fact that the bathroom had a shower cubicle and a soaker tub. It was also very quiet during the evenings, nights, and early mornings.
“Johnston Canyon you made my trip to the mountain one I will never forget!”

I loved the cabin in the mountains feel. I recently moved back to Alberta. I have been very overwhelmed by looking for work. It was a perfect location to unwind, hike , watch a movie while job searching as well. lol. And it was kind of coincidence, that my cabin number is my favorite time of all time. Thank you Johnson Canyon. Thank you .
“It was a cute little cabin in the woods and to be walking distance from the canyon was incredible.”

We didn’t have/weren’t offered breakfast? The restaurant had it in the menu but we chose to skip it.
“Magical place, a definite highlight of our trip.”

This place is so special. It is in a unique location, even close to a popular attraction at the park it still felt secluded and magical. We had three nights there and wish we could have stayed longer. The bungalow itself was clean and very comfortable. It was spacious and everything we needed was there. It was even quite stylish, with the appliances clearly selected to match the "vibe" of the place. Staff were super friendly and the location was terrific - we got out into the canyon before most people got there and had it to ourselves for a bit. The added touches - like the antique cars parked around the place, the cute BBQ area and the tennis court - were all lovely and unexpected. The cafe and restaurant were good, too.
