The room was very clean and everything looks quite new. Spacious bathroom and there's a supermarket cross the street which is very convenient. Within 2 minutes walking distance you are at the beach and there's nice walking area.

Good location to explore Castellamare and use public transport to visit places like Pompeii. Great to have a lift and though the building was under renovation it didn’t affect us much. The unit is modern and comfortable

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing :) great location it really helped being a four minute walk from the train station. Only down side was the lack of air conditioning, so other than a fam we had to have a shower every couple hours to keep cool. Was amazing experience though

Valério is a very attentive host. The handover of the keys was contactless, we kept in touch online and were able to discuss everything that way. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The coverings, furniture, lighting, and household appliances are all of high quality and tastefully selected. The bed is very comfortable. The building is currently undergoing an exterior makeover and is on scaffolding, but this was not a problem for us. The windows are well soundproofed and have a palette. The air conditioning didn't work due to the external renovation, but we didn't really need it yet. The house was relatively cool and we got a mobile air conditioner. Everything was provided for a pleasant rest or even for exploring the area. The beach promenade was within easy reach.
