Our host, Luca was very welcoming and communicated well with regards to check in and parking details. Our room had a lovely balcony and view of the harbor. Breakfast was offsite at a nearby café which was very delicious! Location was perfect for exploring the town, beaches and nearby Zingaro National Park.

Great location, short walking distance to the port and local cafes , restaurant’s. You can even walk to the beach. Incredible views, very quiet.

Luca and his dog Bruce were extremely helpful and lovely hosts. Our room was very comfortable- it was cool even without aircon on hot days (but the aircon was definitely appreciated!). The bed was very cosy, the view was fantastic. The shower was a good size, and it was great having a full length mirror. Breakfast at the cafe a few minutes walk away was delicious once we figured out the process/costs of items.

The property was very central and within walking distance to town. Nice breakfast provided in the local cafe a couple of minutes walk away. Helpful staff and lovely grounds ….we has a small balcony off our room which has a great view of the port.
