The girl on reception was very friendly and helpful. I needed a shower chair, as I have mobility issues, and she was able to get one for us right away.

Waited 2 hours to check in due I believe to not having enough staff to clean the rooms. Despite all the chaos the receptionist was very pleasant and handled everything as well as she could. The morning person was also very nice and worked hard at keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked. The room was nice enough, however the hotel is built very strangely and your window on the ground floors looks up to the parking lot. Not a very nice view. Also hard to move the luggage cart around the ramp and with stairs at both doors if you have any problems walking loading and unloading your luggage is a hassle. Would not have booked here if I had known the hotel set up.
