The hotel is new and clean. Location is not far from Siena, was easy to reach with the car and navigator. Breakfast was quite good. A big disappointment was the spa. And we have chosen this hotel only for this reason - to enjoy spa after a long walking day. So lets start that we were suppose to book time to visit it in advance. When we arrived it was already booked by other people until the evening. Then towels and flipflops were to be paid for. “Spa” is just a small room with sauna and hamam. You need to wait when otger visitors will free it and its time wasting. Ice station was not working and in general i didnt feel that relaxing spa vibe i was looking for((( the swimming pool is small and was warm but so smelly of chimical. My kids after that had some problems with eyes itching. We were completely disappointed.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We had each day one hour free for the use of the spa area with sauna, steam bath and relaxation area. The staff was very nice and we had a very pleasant welcome with detailed information about travel possibilities.

His invaluable local knowledge and the thoughtfully prepared map with suggested destinations enriched our exploration of the area. Our room exceeded expectations with its generous size and impeccable cleanliness. The bed was an absolute highlight, boasting luxurious comfort and ensuring a restful night's sleep after each day of sightseeing. The restaurant further impressed us with its consistently high-quality cuisine, showcasing local flavours and offering a diverse selection at breakfast. Precise House Montaperti provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and personalized service, making our stay in Siena truly memorable. Wonderful breakfast and 1 hour use of their spa facilities (very relaxing!). Beautiful indoor heated pool too. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating.

The room was large and the beds comfortable. Breakfast and the dinner restaurant were surprisingly good but the breakfast room is very noisy. Speaking of noise, the sound insulation in the rooms is zero. You can join your neighbours conversation when they wake up at 6am.

The staff were so incredibly approachable, fun and hospitable. A big shout out to Hatem at the front desk for being so helpful during our stay too. The spa facilities were great and even though it was very stormy and rainy, it actually made the experience better as we were able to be in the pool in the rain watching the sky and then dip into the sauna ❤️ Reasonably easy to get to from Siena train station by taxi. Dinner was nice, the antipasti being the best! 🧀
