My plane arrived past midnight after the hotel reception was closed but an arrangement was made for someone to come and give me my room key and a bottle of water upon my arrival at the hotel. I thought that was an exceptional customer service. Thank you.

Great communication. Me & my mate didn’t get there until after 1am as we had been at the San Siro. They kept the reception open for over 2 hours after it was due to close. So very grateful 🙏

Close to the airport and close to free shuttle bus. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I was a solo female traveller and had to book last minute when my flight was cancelled. They lent me a charger when my adapter didnt work and their chihuahua Emilio is so sweet.
