The reception staff, restaurant choices and staff were great. Parking is easy - both times I have been here. I am surprised though that they don't seem to link who is a client and who is parking in the hotel spaces. The senior barman was really helpful and chose to introduce me to a wine I had never heard of before: Ronchedone del Garda, Cai dei Frati. What an excellent suggestion. There are hotel shuttles for a fee, but a shortish walk takes you to the public shuttle bus stop. On this occasion I used my own car to pick up my son and use the 'Arrivi' section of the parking just outside the Arrivals at Terminal 2. I did pay €1 for the time I was there but nobody seems to check and there are no barriers that need tickets!

We arrived late but the staff were very helpful. Up for a wonderful breakfast and off again at 7am. But in that short time, we were well rested and ready for another day.

Good for stay if you have flight early morning. There is a free shuttle bus every 15 min to terminal 1 or 2.

No specific information transfer from airport terminal; ok, but also no mention about using the shuttle from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2. It was available, but we had to wander around the terminal seeking help. Thank you the kind woman in a car rental company who helped!

Good position between terminals 1 and 2, with free shuttle bus that’s stops a short distance from the hotel. Good quality shower gel and room very comfy. Good range of options for breakfast .

Comforatble, clean room, nice amenities. Good wifi. Delicious breakfast with large selection of dishes to choose from. Friendly, helpful staff in dining room. Good location near Malpensa T1. Can reach by free shuttle if traveling light. Calling out Fredrica at front desk who was exceptionally helpful and kind. 😇
