Hotel Overview

Situated on the cliffs of the Estoril Coast, The Albatroz Hotel enjoys superb views of the Cascais Bay. This welcoming and charming 5-star unit has a sea-view swimming pool and a sunny terrace.
Guests can relax in the individually themed rooms overlooking the bay or picturesque Cascais, which can be situated in either the new or in the historic wing of the building. All rooms come with air conditioning and feature large bathrooms with Castelbel toiletries. With an elegant décor, the Albatroz provides a wicker basket with towels, to use at the beach or the pool.
A fresh buffet breakfast can be enjoyed at Hotel Albatroz’s Panoramic Restaurant, which commands spectacular sea views. An extensive menu is on offer for both lunch and dinner service. The hotel’s terrace bar serves a variety of refreshments throughout the day. Wine tastings and show cooking events are also available on select dates, at the hotel. Alternatively, various restaurants are available in the Cascais centre, at a 5-minute walk.
Set in the landscaped grounds, Albatroz’s pool area offers a peaceful retreat, where guests can recline on a lounger and soak up the sun. To explore the area, you can rent a bike or car. A gourmet shop is part of the hotel, with various products for foodies and fans of good wines.
Popular Cascais Beach is at a 5-minute walk away, where guests will be able to enjoy the sun or a refreshing swim. Cascais Train Station is a 5-minute walk away. The Albatroz Hotel is located less than 17 km from scenic Sintra and a 30-minute drive from Lisbon. Portela International Airport is 35 km away.

Lovely traditional hotel in great location overlooking the beach and the sea. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Excellent breakfast choices and lovely terrace for a drink or meal. Very attentive staff. We did not use the pool as it’s was late October but great to sit by the pool and enjoy the view. Cascais is a great choice to stay and visit Lisbon by train. Fabulous to come out of the busy city to such a lovely location and hotel.
