The check in process was not great for the suite. It was very confusing and took about an hour to get in the door. This made me very unhappy at the start of our stay.

The room was very clean, there were fluffy snow-white towels and new high quality bed linen. There was also soap, shampoo, shower gel, good hairdryer, ironing board and iron and cold drinks in the fridge! This room shares a common corridor with the other four rooms, just like in a hotel, but there is no reception and housekeeping. I want to note that the level of service is excellent. I didn’t understand how to open the door and called the number indicated in the message. A friendly woman explained everything to me in detail over the phone. And we are very pleased with the location, 10 minutes walk to the historical center, there is also the opportunity to park the car in front of the house or on the next street. To sum it up, we had a great week in Cascais, I'm glad we stayed in this room! :)

Big suite, has the cattle, and a tea, water etc. The noise was so loud! You can hear anything what is going on in the corridor or from the neighbours. The soundproofing was really bad unfortunately. It made us awake almost every night :(
