The helpfulness of the staff at the counter was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, we ran into severe traffic problems as we were trying to get back to the airport and if it had not been for the help. We would not have made our connection. We very much appreciated this as we did their helpfulness in general and directing us around the immediate location. The property is located in a very central place with access to all the immediate restaurants and sites. Highly recommend and great value for the price.

We stayed as a family of 5 and booked the deluxe family room on the day as we had no plans of staying in Casablanca but decided to stay the night. The booking was confirmed in seconds WITHOUT paying a dime as we were told to pay at the property and they ONLY take cash in Dirhams or Euros. They allow late check-in and check-out. We checked in late with no problems. Not sure about late check out as we checked out early. The price was definitely a bargain. We payed like 700Dhs for the 5 of us WITH breakfast which was surprisingly good. They even make you omelettes upon request for no additional charge. Definitely worth the money.
