We got an upgrade on our room, which was great. Fantastic view and very comfy. The dinner buffet choice wasn't very satisfying - we ended up eating elsewhere as the kids found nothing to eat. The swimming pool was nice.

People at the reception were professionally friendly and accommodating, they respond to queries very professionally and effectively. the same thing for people at the restaurant who were very friendly and professional and always smiling.

Kenzi is one of my favourite hotels , I enjoy staying there . Most of the staff are well-mannered, friendly and professional especially Zakaria and Mohcine. A hotel without good staff and service is nothing but a beautiful grave !!!!! I had an incident while I am staying but Zakaria was there to sort it out . Keep up the good work . I am coming back again ! And don't hesitate to book it. It worths every single penny 😀

Breakfast choice - we've had better. Coffee machine not working second day. Lots of very polite staff on 2nd floor but very disfunctional The hotel was great & easy to walk or get taxis. The Premium room on 21st floor was huge

The location was good right in the city centre, there were lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The room was very big and well equipped, especially the shower which had a nice tub. The hotel has a wide range of amenities, including suitable conference rooms, a gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Though i did not have breakfast there, the lunch provided for my group was nice with several options, the food was very fresh and quite tasty. The staff also brought by some treats occasionally from macarons to chocolates which was a nice touch.

Excellent service, the staff was very kind and helpful. The concierge service is great. We received a free upgrade to a huge suite, with living room, bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower, and small bath. We also had ocean view and city view from the room and watched the sunrise from our bed. We liked it very much. Continental breakfast with lots of good options, excellent selection of tea and fresh juice and pastry, the restaurant is beautiful. Hotel conveniently located at 10 minutes by car from the big mosque.
