Kind staff, we stayed at a different hotel in Casablanca and it was so horrible and dirty we decided to checkout and stay at Kaan, its was like day and night. Clean, comfy, nice design, friendly staff, a lot of place where you can work from. Good breakfast.

Highly recommend staying here. Modern hotel with cafe/restaurant/juice bar and an excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms are lovely, clean with all that needed to make a cuppa tea or a nespresso. WiFi is suitable for streaming etc. Staff were attentive and so helpful with any arrangements you might need. Luggage store available. Walking distance to 'city centre' and approx 30 mins stroll to Hassan II mosque. Would definitely stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying one night at the Caan Hotel in Casablanca, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm welcome and attentive service made me feel at home. The hotel is impeccably clean, with a modern yet cozy design that perfectly balances comfort and style. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary bottled water and a beautifully arranged bathroom with high-quality toiletries. The hotel's central location was a huge bonus. Overall, the Caan Hotel provided an exceptional experience for my short visit, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Casablanca. I can’t wait to return!

The hotel is very new, trendy rooms and comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good variety. It wasn’t too far to walk to the market area.

Beautiful property with a spacious bedroom and gorgeous bathroom. Misti on the top floor was exceptional food and great service. We really enjoyed the DJ and atmosphere. Breakfast offering was great. Good location, easy to get around on trams and pretty close to Hassan II.
