Very helpful staff! I’ve never met such helpful staff, really. In all procedures that I faced during the stay. The location is nice. Not far from historical part and Arab League park.

The first room I was given had problems with the drainage in the shower and after several attempts I was given another which was much better. The room was clean and big but there was water oozing from under the floor tiles in the first room which wasn't nice. Breakfast was also good. Zekeria was very helpful in sorting a problem with another reservation I had for Marrakesh.

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of options. The price is quite affordable.
