The room was a great size and had a kitchenette to make sahour in the morning. Was bright and plenty of storage. The bathroom was great, a good size and lovely toiletries. However, it had a stagnant smell which made it unpleasant..During the morning of our last day the lady on the reception was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we forgot to take her name down.

My experience of the hotel changed for much better (from 7 to 9) after the staff let me to change a room. The staff at the reception were polite and allright, but the staff at the breakfast deserves 10/10 of his serving attitude! Marouane was very kind and friendly, brought all what I needed, like a spoon, ketchup, hot water. At the last breakfast he treated me like a Queen, he brought napkins without asking and went even to get to me more juice, I felt I really got a special service! :D He really deserves a promotion or a 4 star hotel post. The bathroom was very clean, beautiful and modern. Very good Nescafe coffee in the room. Drink that, as the coffee at the breakfast is poorest ever drank. The room was tiny but the sheets were clean and I always fell asleep immediatelly! :) TV works, just remember to put a room card to its holder first, the functioning of the TV is related to the card.

Modern 7-storey and efficiently managed hotel in downtown Casa with good price-value-relationship. Just one tramway station away from the railway station Casa Voyageurs, which helped us a lot.

Good location: Walkable distance to the train station, medina and the centre. Immediately on public transport, allowing for easy connections to the sights further afield (like the Hassan II Mosque). Decent food options nearby.
