Resort Overview

Set in tropical palm gardens, this complex offers fully equipped apartments, 2 swimming pools and tennis courts. The resort features a free shuttle service to Carvoeiro beach, 2 km away.
With a private balcony, the Colina Village apartments offer air conditioning, satellite TV and a complete kitchen. The apartments are spacious and have tiled floors.
Guests can relax outdoors on a sun lounger by the pool, while children entertain themselves in the playground or games room. Indoors, there is a 2nd pool that offers views of the gardens through its windows.
Colina’s à la carte restaurant serves a range of international dishes in the dining room, or outside on the flowered terrace. The bar takes care of any drinks guests want to order.
The 24-hour reception staff can arrange car and bike rentals, as well as airport shuttles to Faro Aiport, a 55-minute drive away. Lagoa, famous for its crafts and wine, is situated a 12-minute drive away.

The location was perfect for our purposes. The restaurant on-site was very good and the restaurant staff was excellent.

Great pool and nice grounds. We were able to check in early too which was brilliant. Offered three bedrooms, which is limited in the algarve for hotels.

We paid for half board and found the dinners to be better than the breakfast. We had a 3 course meal each evening which we enjoyed although I will say it wasn't quite the standard we experienced at other restaurants around albufeira but it was what we expected for a 3 star hotel. The shuttle bus into carvoeiro was definitely worth doing. There's a lovely little bar/cafe overlooking the beach where we enjoyed a smoothie and a milkshake. Also loads of shops and restaurants. The pool was good and we also enjoyed the indoor pool as an escape from the sun at times.

The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was great for self catering. We had everything we needed for a family of 4. It was kept very clean and our towels were changed regularly. The pool was large and we could usually get a sun lounger if we went mid morning. The staff were always kind and very helpful and great with young children. There’s bread and milk and water you can buy from inside the restaurant and a few water toys. Reception was very helpful and called a taxi if needed but we found Ubers much cheaper to the town centre. Taxi 8 euros compared to Uber 4. Definitely worth downloading the app if you don’t have it beforehand. The pool snack bar had a good selection of premium spirits and cocktails for around 7-9 euros. We would consider staying at Colina Village again we loved our stay.
