The location was fantastic so was the staff We had a brilliant breakfast which was really lovely served to us by a very nice lady the scrambled eggs were scrummy.. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would stay again in the future but would not ask for early check in. The terrace looked fabulous but a bit cool to try it out this visit. The apartment was lovely and well kitted out.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location close to cafes, shops, and the historic area of the city. An brilliant archaeological park is nearby. We stayed for one week over Christmas. We were warmly welcomed by all the staff and nothing was too much trouble for them. They went beyond expectations to answer questions about the city and the hotel and to help us in every way they could. We were delighted with our room which was spacious, clean and important for December evenings, it was warm and comfortable.

Absolutely loved this hotel and would not stay anywhere else in Cartagena now . Such a beautiful hotel , very clean and comfortable, fabulous location , and a free mini bar . The staff we met were lovely , friendly and couldn’t fo enough for us .

Very attentive staff from the Get go! The second we walked into the door the staff ensured it was a smooth check in experience. Our luggage didn’t arrive and they were very helpful with offering solutions and offering to also help call the airline for us. It was also conveniently located off the main stretch of Calle mayor which we appreciated!
