Building seems a bit old from the outside but we enjoyed a clean, comfortable and large apartment in a good location with a pool and easy beach access. The Unilink team was helpful. Good family spot.

We had a weird experience here at first. Some of it could be because we booked literally the day we arrived because two other bookings canceled on us last minute. Here, we were initially slated to be in a building that wasn't where check-in was, so our cab dropped us off like half a block from where I needed to check in. Thankfully via Google Translate we were able to figure that out with the front desk guy at that building. So I walked over there and it took a while but then the office person and I walked back and went up to the apartment in the other building. The bed situation didn't match what I had chosen on Booking, AND the beds weren't made. There weren't even any sheets in the apartment. The worker was mortified, and apologized profusely via Google Translate, and then said we could either stay here and she would find sheets, or she could move us to a better apartment that was in the other (check-in) building for the same price. We opted to see the other one, and it was definitely much better, except that it wasn't beachfront, had no A/C outside the bedrooms, and looked very well-used. (The couch had stains, the walls were marked everywhere, the bathroom window didn't close, and much more.) We took it anyway because at least we would all have real beds. Plus it had two bathrooms and a balcony. It was very kind of her to offer us that room since the other was not ready. In the end, we really did like this room overall. The bedroom a/c did work well so we were cool to sleep. The balcony had a lovely view and a nice breeze all the time. We felt safe at the property. All the staff we interacted with were really nice (but Google Translate is a must if you are not fluent in Spanish!). It was a great location, easily walkable to the beach and several good restaurants. We actually walked from there to the old city and it was like 2.3km. There's also a full kitchen. For the price, it was not bad.
