Honestly, there isn’t much to fault. We stayed 5 nights and loved every minute. Our room was large, spacious and very clean. We used the bath tub every single day. The view to the beach was amazing. Breakfast was perfect with everything you could ask for, including the best breakfast soup. We booked a room on the higher floors and had club lounge access every day, which we made use of and loved. There was happy hour every evening from 6-8pm where we enjoyed a glass of wine and a snack while watching the sunset. It was so lovely and our toddler loved it too. She looked forward to it every day. There was so much to eat that we hardly needed dinner afterwards! The ceviche was absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance, or there are taxis right outside when you need them. We had to check out at 5am and there was already a taxi outside. The food in the restaurant by the pool was also very good and arrived quickly. Service was good there as well. If we ever end up in Cartagena again, I won’t hesitate booking this hotel. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. I used the gym every day in the morning and was almost always alone. It has everything one needs for a decent workout including a full wrack of weights and a water filter to fill up your bottle.
