Excellent location within the old town, close to everything you would need for your stay in Cartagena. Super friendly staff. I appreciated the ability to store my suitcase overnight when I went to an island

Very beautiful building with special architectural features, excellent concierge service (especially by Carlos), delicious breakfast and very cute pool on the top floor. They helped to arrange a due day tour for us and reservations for restaurants. We wish we had more time in Cartagena so that we could have lounged in the beautiful reading room at the hotel.

Beautiful charming hotel in the heart of the walled city. The hotel's Spanish/Colombian architecture and decor - inside and out - is stunning! With beautiful common rooms to relax in. So close to everything you would want to visit in the walled city and a very short walk to Getsemani. Martin was exceptionally helpful w/restaurant and cafe recommendations and providing me with a late checkout and keeping my bag after I checked out. He even chatted w/me on What's App to make sure things were going well. My room was on the 3rd floor and he carried the bag up and down for me. My room was so comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. Breakfast was delicious as well.

Nice small hotel in carefully restored house aggregate in the walled town of Cartagena. The small pool is ok for a rapid refreshing. Good breakfast "à la carte" (no buffet)

The service was absolutely amazing, Martin and Cristian help us with everything. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The location is perfect for all activities in downtown Cartagena, there are great restaurants and bars nearby (ask the staff for recommendations)
