Well located hotel in the middle of the historic centrum. The suite was great and we had separate bedrooms for us and the children. The staff was awesome and really friendly. If you are looking for an escape of all the people trying to sell stuff, you can buy a drink around the corner and drink this in all easiness on the balcony.

Beautiful hotel, and they kindly moved me (to an even nicer room) due to construction happening in the property adjacent to my original room. Fantastic location over the square, and the staff were lovely and helpful, especially Jessica at the front desk. The lady serving breakfast cooked me a vegan breakfast specially, which was much appreciated.

Common areas are well kept. The position is excellent, close to everything but at the same time in a relatively quieter area of Cartagena.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel was very pretty with its front balcony and comfortable lobby area to sit, particularly in the evenings and its small courtyard. The hotel is situated across from a nice park with nightly entertainment and lively crowds you could watch from the front balcony. The location is excellent; central to everything you need in the Old Town (restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc.). The room reservation comes with breakfast, and it does not disappoint! We began our mornings with a plate of local fruit, unlimited good Colombian coffee, a glass of fruit juice (different each day), eggs any way you like them. You have to have the scrambled eggs with tomato, onion, cheese and ham (or without is excellent too) -- done the Colombian way. Our eggs came with two small arepas (or you can opt for toast or small buns). Our server who was there every single day, was amazing and was always so gracious! The best part about this hotel is its staff! The receptionist during the day while we were there was Jessica. There are not enough words to say how amazing she is. She always smiling and was just so accommodating. Dani was our evening receptionist and he was so kind and polite, always looking out for us and bringing us ice anytime we needed it. The cleaning ladies were always so friendly too. For the price of the rooms, this hotel met all our needs. If you're looking for a nice hotel in a great location, this is it.

Lovely stay in this boutique hotel. Perfect location. Right in the center of the walled city, next to a beautiful plazza with a small park but just a few blocks away from the main noisy sites. Breakfast was really good and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They stored our bags before and after check in and arranged laundry for us. We forgot a small bag in our room when we left and they are trying to get it back to us in Canada. One of the best hotel we stayed in during our Colombia trip! Highly recommend it.
