All the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. There is live music at night, on weekends in the hotel restaurant. There is a tourist office where they offer the best tours to get to know Cartagena. The breakfast is very good and varied.

The proximity to the beach, the nice services, and the restaurants. The hotel is surrounded by super markets., restaurants and it has 3 internal restaurants. It eas super convenient with taxy or uber to reach the Marina or the historical city center. The service was super friendly and family friendly. The restaurants in the facility offer live music as well.

Very good location, some of the staff were very nice… the staff at the restaurant were very nice, some of the girls even remembered the coffee we used to order every day. The parking guys at the front of the hotel helped a lot trying to find a spot for us where to park. The room was clean and big. Breakfast was good as well. They gave us a welcome drink.
