Location was good in Getsemaní. It was safe. There were cctv, and an always closed reception door, so they checked who is coming in. The area had some beer places, and restaurants. 2 shops were in 8 minute walk distance. Also the old city between the walls are in 8 minutes walk distance. The breakfast was correct. Coffee, juice, scrambled eggs and toast with butter or something similar. You could leave your luggage there after checkout in a locked place. This was really helpful. The room had AC which was nice.

My experience at the hostel was wonderful. It’s a hostel located in Getsemaní, very central to everything, so I spent my days walking around the historic center and going to the beach. The price is quite good for the location. I initially made a reservation for two weeks, as I planned to visit Cartagena, but I ended up staying for a month and a half. My entire stay was at this hostel, a place that began to feel like home. The staff was very attentive to my needs—whenever I needed something, I’d go to the reception, and there was always someone there to help. Ana, Karla, Yulianis, and Wil at reception were always attentive to the guests’ needs. Mary is a wonderful person who has been working there for a long time. She genuinely cares about the guests and is one of the most cheerful and positive people I’ve ever met. The Seven Nights Hostel, like any place, has room for improvement, but these are things that can be worked on, and I’ve already discussed them with the team there. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience in such a central location in the city.

The location is superb. We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying for an extra night due to the location and the fact that the air conditioning is on all day in the dorms (a rarity in Cartagena). There was always soap available which is not always a given in hostels. This is the cheapest accomodation in Getsamni with air conditioning so you get what you pay for.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, one small thing, after I already paid for the second night I was told I actually had to pay extra on top of it because it was a weekend, I'm not sure if this was legitimate or not but apart from that everything was pretty decent value for money

The people is simply amazing, I felt like in home. The breakfast was exactly like been in mom's house, enough love from all the staff, This is a place where you should stay anytime

Good AC! The rooms very clean and the bed comfty. U get a little breakfast at the rooftop with a nice view. The pool looks not that special but it’s good to cool down for a bit. The stuff were also very friendly. U can store your luggage if u need.

Gorgeous rooftop with free homemade breakfast each day (including extra early one day for me, when I had an early-morning tour). Strong air conditioning in the rooms (important for Cartagena). Really friendly (and gorgeous!) staff. Great location in Getsemani - only a 10 minute walk to the Clock Tower / Old Town. A small pool on the main level (but can't attest to how nice it is - I didn't go in). Each bed had a privacy shade, individual light, outlet, and locker.
